Dunlop Zone Sunset Tyres

reuben naicker

So I just got a tire replaced last week, the woman’s name was Fazeela..she quoted me a price before hand, a week later she calls me and states I owe R200 extra because she has mis quoted me on the tire.. she was extremely rude over the phone, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from her.. she should have some honour and integrity when the fault was on your side..I DO NOT recommend sunset tires to anyone…

Fitted tyres here. Tyres wore out within a month. Went back, they advised the camber setting was off. Took the vehicle to Nissan who confirmed no camber setting on that vehicle. They refused to honour the fact that they sold a cheap import tyre with a possibe defect. Poor customer service and poor overall experience. We had 9 company vehicles that go here for tyres, not any longer.
