What an absolute pleasure to deal with SIMS Medical. I purchased a rollator for my mum and the Customer service I received from Ali was top notch. I would recommend this organisation and their product without hesitation. Joanne Phillips-Hillcrest,Durban

The guy who answers the phone hides the fact that he's the owner. Why ??? Seems dodgy... ? Why lie ? What's going on with this guy ? Terrible service! I believe all the good reviews are written by his friends.
