I am only rating this branch 5 stars because of one person in that store alone! Brayden Pillay. I would most likely recommend everyone to see BRAYDEN and BRAYDEN alone He is the only one in that branch that openly assists customers with THEIR best interests in mind and not his own His workmanship and overall character is incredible 100% guaranteed that you will walk out of that branch with a smile on your face after consulting with Brayden Even if he is not able to assist you, he will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy. Dear Vodacom Team, Thanks for turning our experience around! 🙌 The swift response and support from head office and Shaylin at Chatsworth Center were awesome. We appreciate the effort to rectify the issue with our eSIM and the apology gift offer - thanks, it's not necessary but speaks volumes 😊. We're glad it was resolved And this complaint wasn't personal against any specific staff member, it was based on the service received at the store in general We appreciate the great service. You've earned our loyalty for sure! Best regards Mohamed Adil & Azmeera Shah

No invoice/slip was provided for this R100 service fee. Manager was very defensive advising to check the Vodacom site as this is standard practice : Based on Vodacom’s public policies and 2026 information, there is no evidence of a standard, official R100…
